How to Apply

To apply to any undergraduate program offered at Lakehead University as a Mature Student (excluding the Two-Year Bachelor of Education, Juris Doctor or One-Year Honours Bachelor of Social Work programs), the application form used will vary on the number of courses you intend to complete during your time at Lakehead University.

For full-time studies: (four or more full course equivalents) 

---> Apply through the Ontario Universities' Application Centre on the Undergraduate Application Form

For part-time studies: (less than four full course equivalents)

---> Apply through the Ontario Universities' Application Centre on the Undergraduate Application

Required Documentation

Applicants are to submit the following required documentation as part of the application process.

1. Admissions Profile (if requested by Enrolment Services - Undergraduate Admissions)
2. Official Transcripts
3. Language Proficiency Requirements (if applicable)
4. Consent Form & Reference Letter (Nursing transfer applicants only)
