In the interest of our staff and students’ health and safety, the Technology Services Centre's Helpdesk will is offering support offsite via phone, email, chat, and KACE ticketing system. Walk-in appointments are unavailable until further notice.
The Technology Services Centre (TSC) Helpdesk is the liaison between Lakehead University's IT services and users (Students, Faculty, & Staff and by extension to guests and visitors).
