COVID-19 Update: The Chancellor Paterson Library remains closed during this time. TSC Helpdesk staff are working remotely. Helpdesk staff will be responding via email, chat, KACE ticketing system and Zoom during this time.

The Technology Services Centre (TSC) Helpdesk is the liaison between Lakehead University's IT services and users (Students, Faculty, & Staff and by extension to guests and visitors).
