COVID-19 Update:

The Chancellor Paterson Library and the Technology Services Centre Helpdesk will re-open September 14th from 9:00 am - 12:00 pm and from 1:00 pm - 4:00 pm. The Library and Helpdesk will be closed to the public between 12:00 pm - 1:00 pm for cleaning.

In the interest of our staff and students’ health and safety, the Technology Services Centre's Helpdesk will open with modification to services. Due to recommendations by the Thunder Bay District Health Unit and Various Lakehead University COVID committees, the Technology Services Centre's Helpdesk will open with modification to services. Access to the Helpdesk will by appointment only.

Walk-in appointment slots

Note: The Helpdesk with be offsite and closed for walk-in appointments from October 13 to October 16.

TSC Helpdesk will continue to provide support via phone, email, chat, and KACE ticketing system.

The Technology Services Centre (TSC) Helpdesk is the liaison between Lakehead University's IT services and users (Students, Faculty, & Staff and by extension to guests and visitors).
