The Technology Enabled Classrooms in Thunder Bay are booked through the Registrar’s Scheduling Office and in Orillia through the Orillia Administration Office. This is necessary to ensure that timetable requirements are met.

In addition to this requirement, the TSC recommends a consultation session to ensure that all of the software and operating systems in the classroom match the course requirements. There are multiple software applications installed in each classroom and there is a certain level of coordination required in order to service all of the needs of each Technology Enabled Classroom.
Data projectors are provided in all ATAC TSC computer classrooms and by request from the Audio-Visual unit of the TSC for other computer labs and classrooms. Video Conference events require prior bookings on both campuses.
Students wishing to book Technology Enabled Classrooms are required to contact their Department of study to coordinate the process.
