You’re just two easy steps away from booking your Video Conference/ Teleconference:

Submit a support ticket using your Lakehead University username and password:

• New Multimedia Ticket
• Complete the web-form
• Please ensure that relevant information for your booking is included in the ticket details:
• Date and Times
• Room Numbers
• A description of your technology needs
• Other support requirements

Rooms can be booked through scheduling 807-343-8498.

The Multimedia Services Unit is open Monday to Friday 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. during the Fall and Winter terms.

We are open 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday to Friday during the Spring and Summer terms.

At other times (i.e. weekends, holidays, overnight during Spring and Summer sessions) the borrower will be responsible for the security of the loaned equipment listed.
