The incumbent must thrive in a demanding, high-pressure, target-driven environment. The position does require extensive travel, nationally and internationally and hours of work will vary due to peak times related to recruitment and conversion periods. Critical assessment, problem solving and judgement skills are required in order to make decisions related to recruitment and marketing strategies, unpredictable travel issues, navigating cultural sensitivities, privacy issues and confidential matters. A Class G driver's licence and clean driver’s abstract are required, due to travel requirements throughout Ontario as well as internationally at various times of the year. Fluency in at least one other language other than English is preferred. Given the target markets, fluency in Spanish would be considered an asset.
