Taking care of your health and practicing healthy habits is a key strategy to manage stress during exam time. This includes, eating nutritious foods, getting enough sleep, exercising, and taking some time to relax and connect with yourself and others. Trying to do it all can feel overwhelming, but even taking 10 minutes to do something for yourself can make a difference in managing stress.
Visit staff from Student Health & Wellness Outside Main Cafeteria on November 13th between 12.30pm and 2.30pm who'll be sharing some tips on stress management.
It can often be a challenge to take a minute to ourselves, so why not make self-care a habit and Take10.

Join us for a Sacred Fire, to connect with the land & de-stress. All are welcome to come and learn about what a sacred fire is and how it may benefit you during a stressful time.
This event is offered collaboratively from the Office of Indigenous Initiatives and Student Health and Wellness.
Open to students, faculty, and staff.

As part of the Stop the Stigma Campaign, the Stronger As Pack Night aims to rally our community around supporting student mental health and encouraging all Thunderwolves to take action to support their own mental health and get help when needed.
In addition to an exciting game, you can support student mental health by purchasing a Stronger as a Pack t-shirt by 11:59pm on November 14 or donating directly to our Strengthening the Pack Giving Fund. All proceeds will go to student mental health initiatives and a portion will be dedicated to enhancing student-athlete well-being. Funds raised will help outfit the varsity lounge with comforting spaces and mental health resources specifically for our student-athletes. By contributing, you’re directly supporting initiatives that foster mental resilience, togetherness, and a stronger community. Let’s come together to make a lasting impact on campus—because we’re Stronger as a Pack!
