Lakehead Fresh Market is excited to announce the dates for the rest of the fall semester. The Lakehead Fresh Market initiative is designed to make affordable, fresh produce accessible to students, staff, and faculty. It aims to promote healthy eating across campus by offering a selection of low-cost fruits and vegetables, making nutritious options available to everyone in our community.
This initiative is made possible through a collaboration with the Food Resource Centre, Aramark, Conference Services, and Student Health and Wellness, who have come together to support food accessibility and well-being on campus.
Payment is by debit or credit only, please bring your own bag!
The LUSU Food Resource Centre will be offering $5.00 off coupons for students experiencing food insecurity. Students can stop by the LUSU Food Resource Centre (Room UC 2014b) on the Monday prior and from 10:30am-1:00pm on Market days to pick up their coupons. For more information email FRC@lusu.ca.
