While designed as peer support sessions, each circle is guided by facilitator Mohit Dudeja (PhD Candidate, M.Psych, M.Ed, BSW) to encourage meaningful dialogue, resource sharing, and personal growth. Sessions explore key topics identified through the 2024 student survey, including academic pressure, financial management, cultural adjustment, relationships, and time management. These in-person circles provide a safe and inclusive environment to discuss challenges, build practical skills, and strengthen community on the Thunder Bay campus.
