*Submission of Student Feedback on Teaching for courses taught in Spring/Summer 2019-2020, Fall/Winter and Spring/Summer 2020-2021, and Fall/Winter 2021-2022 shall be optional for any purpose, including but not limited to annual reports, promotion, tenure, renewal, and contract appointments. Effective for the 2022-2023 academic year, Student Feedback on Teaching for courses needs to be submitted for every course.
