Performance Evaluations
Performance evaluations are an important part of fostering a productive, engaging, and supportive work environment. They provide a structured opportunity for supervisors and employees to reflect on accomplishments, discuss performance, recognize strengths, identify areas for growth, and set meaningful goals for the year ahead.
Beyond assessing past performance, the process encourages open communication, alignment of expectations, and professional development planning-- all of which contribute to individual success and organizational effectiveness

2026 Performance Evaluations are due by May 1, 2026, for the following employee groups:

Technical Staff
Contract Non-Union (excluding Research Fund 50)
OPSEU
Upload the completed and signed Performance Evaluation PDF through the Google Form*
*Completed and signed evaluations must be submitted by using the designated Google Form. Emailed or hand-delivered submissions will not be accepted.
