Performance Evaluation

Completed performance evaluation reports for all non-union staff, including Schedule II, OPSEU, Technical, and Contract Staff are to be submitted to Human Resources at by May 13, 2022.

As you prepare, conduct and follow-up on employee performance evaluation sessions as a supervisor, use this guideline to help you increase the likelihood of having a positive and productive exchange with your employees. Remember, the employee performance evaluation meeting is an opportunity to recognize achievements, identify and correct problems, and set specific goals and objectives for the coming year.
