Clear your browser cache

IN GOOGLE CHROME:

1. Press the Ctrl + H buttons on your keyboard to launch the browser history tab

2. On the left-hand side of the page, click Clear Browsing Data

3. Make sure that 'Cookies and other Site Data' and 'Cached Images and Files' are checked.

4. In the Time Range drop-down, choose 'All Time'.

5. Click 'Clear Data'

IN INTERNET EXPLORER:

1. Click Tools > Internet Options

2. Click the Advanced tab.

3. Under Reset Internet Explorer settings, click Reset, then click Reset again.

4. When Internet Explorer finishes resetting the settings, click Close in the Reset Internet Explorer Settings dialog box.

5. Close out of all Internet Explorer windows, and open Internet Explorer again.

IN FIREFOX FOR WINDOWS:

1. From the Tools menu, select Clear Recent History.

2. From the Time range to clear: drop-down menu, select the desired range; to clear your entire cache, select Everything.

3. Click the down arrow next to "Details" to choose what history elements to clear (e.g., check Cookies to clear cookies). Click "Clear Now".

IN SAFARI FOR MAC

1. With the Safari window open click Safari at the top left of the page.

2. Select preferences then click on the Passwords tab.

3. Choose the website you would like to remove saved passwords, click Remove.
