Software Available
Faculty, Staff and Students can request certain software items at the TSC Computer Helpdesk.
Some software can only be installed by TSC staff on University owned or leased, and controlled, computers only. The computer must be located on the Lakehead University campus. Eligibility is only for the duration of employment or enrolment at the university.
Once employment or enrolment terminates, any and all copies of the software must be destroyed by user and written notice that this has been done must be given to the Technology Services Centre. Graduate students may request software at the TSC Computer Helpdesk. Access to Office 365 is also removed and deleted under the same terms.. TSC cannot restore these accounts once deleted. Please ensure any Office 365 information is transferred prior to leaving Lakehead University.
