Looking to cozy up with a good book over the winter break or have a goal of reading more for pleasure in the new year? Join Student Health and Wellness' book club.

Joining is completely free and open to all students; all you need is a copy of the book. Book club members will connect through a discord channel where participants can weigh in on the book and have a live zoom meeting. The club will read one book every 5-6 weeks, giving everyone plenty of time to enjoy each selection. You will be invited to offer your input on upcoming book selections. You can also skip a book at any time (this is for stress relief after all!).

Our read will be Anxious People by Fredrik Backman and we will set up a meeting at the end of January to share our thoughts about the book.
