Are you feeling stressed, anxious, and unmotivated?
Do you find yourself easily distracted?
Unhealthy procrastination can be a significant barrier to self-care for university students approaching final exams. It is important for students to find a balance between their academic obligations and their personal well-being to avoid burnout and achieve success. Additionally, incorporating self-care practices into your daily routine can help improve your overall well-being and reduce stress and anxiety.
Visit staff from Student Health & Wellness on the Main Floor of the Chancellor Paterson Library March 30th between 1:30pm and 3:30pm who'll be sharing some tips to help with time management and how you may be able to incorporate self-care practices into your daily routine. Remember, taking care of yourself is essential for academic success and overall happiness. It can be challenging to balance school and personal life, but with the right tools and mindset, it is possible to achieve both.
It can often be a challenge to take a minute to ourselves, so why not make self-care a habit and Take10.

Do you know your chronotype? Are you a Dolphin, Lion, Bear, or Wolf?
According to the Sleep Foundation our chronotype is the natural inclination of your body to sleep at a certain time, or what most people understand as being an early bird versus a night owl. In addition to regulating sleep and wake times, chronotype has an influence on appetite, exercise, and core body temperature. It is responsible for the fact that you feel more alert at certain periods of the day and sleepier at others.
As a university student it can be difficult to get enough sleep. It's important to prioritize rest and relaxation, as it can help you to stay focused and energized throughout the day. Join staff from Student Health & Wellness outside the Main Cafeteria on March 21st between 1:30pm and 3:30pm to learn more about sleep health, uncover your chronotype, and grab some free sleep health supplies to support you in achieving a more restful sleep as you head off towards the end of the semester!
