How It Works:

  • Sign up here to join, you'll receive an invite to our Strava group.
  • We'll post the the Bingo Card on Sunday, February 16th and the challenge begins on the 17th. You can complete challenges in any row, column, or diagonal to achieve Bingo! If you’re feeling extra motivated, aim for the entire card! Each challenge supports a different aspect of wellness—physical fitness (like a 15-minute HIIT workout or a nature walk), mental well-being (such as meditating or doing a brain workout), and emotional wellness (like journaling or reaching out to a friend). There’s something for everyone, regardless of your fitness level!
  • Daily Check-Ins on Strava: Log completed challenges in our Strava group to track your progress. Share your journey with the Lakehead community to keep the motivation flowing!

  • Daily Updates: We'll be providing daily tips and resources along with encouragement and motivation each day of the challenge!

  • Prizes and Rewards: Those who complete a row, column or the entire card will earn prizes from Student Health and Wellness (only current Lakehead students are eligible for prizes)! Even completing one challenge a day contributes to your progress, and we’ll celebrate your efforts daily with shout-outs, prizes, and recognition.

Challenge yourself and discover new ways to enhance your wellness. This is an opportunity to try new activities while having fun. Whether it's a physical workout, a mental challenge, or simply taking time for self-care, every action contributes to improving your well-being. Let’s recharge and move together, one day at a time!
