Take10 with Student Health and Wellness to reflect on and implement small actions you can take to prioritize your wellness as we’re heading into a very busy time of year.
Student Health and Wellness will be in the Library at Heritage Place from 1:30 - 3:30 pm to help you prioritize your wellness with giveaways, wellness tips, and answers to your Student Health and Wellness questions!
Can’t make it today? Here are a few ideas that you can try to prioritize your wellness:
- Check-in with your mental health through the WellU Key
- Book an appointment with a health care provider to make sure your physical health is on point.
- Set aside time for self-care
- Get your flu shot
- Manage your sleep schedule
