Phase 2 authentication - MSCHAPV2

CA certificate - Use system certificates (Note: Older Android devices may select "Do Not Check")

Online certificate status - Do not verify

Domain - lakeheadu.ca

Identity - Your Lakehead username 

Anonymous identify- Leave blank

Password - Your Lakehead password
