To help get you through exams, Student Affairs is offering Build-Your-Own Exam Wellness Kits in Simcoe Hall! Stop by any time from April 12th - 22nd to get what you need to support a healthy and successful exam period. Kit items include:

Take a break from your studies and join a campus-wide Egg Hunt. Student Health and Wellness has hidden 48 multicoloured plastic eggs around the Orillia campus for students to destress and welcome the spring season.

Join our puppy friends from Precious Paws Rescue for some downward dogs and warrior poses. Registration is required for this event (see below for link)

Kick-off Student Health and Wellness' week of Stress Buster activities and beat the end-of-semester slump at De-Stress Fest! Stop by Simcoe Hall and take a break with mindful activities to remind yourself of healthy coping strategies and the services and supports available to you!

Join SHW and SSC for 'Donut' Stress the Test! You'll get to decorate (and eat!) cookies and donuts while learning about exam prep strategies and skills to reduce stress before, during and after exam time. Bring your best to every test!

Join your Peer Wellness Educators and the Residence Outreach Committee for Rom Coms & Red Flags! We'll be watching Twilight, and identifying all of the relationship red flags throughout the Movie.

Join Frazer Phillips, Indigenous Cultural Wellness Facilitator, for teachings about tobacco. We will plant tobacco seeds to start growing indoors, and later in the spring they will be moved to the Medicine Wheel Teaching Garden.
