Naloxone Training and Drug Testing

Join Student Health and Wellness for a collaborative event with the Thunder Bay District Health Unit's Superior Points Program to learn how to recognize and respond to opioid overdoses. This session will provide free Naloxone training and teach students how to use drug testing kits to reduce the risk of accidental substance-related harm.
Whether you use substances, know someone who does, or just want to be informed, this training offers lifesaving skills that can help protect you and your peers. With increasing concerns about contamination in the drug supply, knowing how to test substances and administer Naloxone can make a critical difference.
All students and Lakehead employees are welcome, registration is required. Free Naloxone kits will be provided.
