Having display issues at the podium?

If the projector is on and isn’t showing what you expect, try pressing Windows key + P on the computer keyboard.

This opens the display menu where you can choose:

Duplicate – shows the same content on both the podium monitor and the projector.

Extend – makes the projector a second screen.

PC screen only – only the podium monitor will show content.

In most classrooms, you may want to use Duplicate to ensure both you and your students see the same thing. If you are looking to have Presenter View in PowerPoint, use Extend.
