Windows user profile error

If you receive the following error message "The User Profile Service failed the logon. User profile cannot be loaded." when trying to logon onto your AD account then please try rebooting your computer 

Common symptoms that your AD profile did not load correctly are:
• No desktop icons
• Different wallpaper for your windows background
• Missing printers
• Missing icons and/ or folders

If you are experiencing any of the above problems, please try rebooting your computer and logging in again. If the problem continues and you’re still unable to successfully log onto your AD account then please contact the Helpdesk at:
