(OR) WellU Wednesday: Namaste & Play

Get moving and enjoy an afternoon of yoga, yard games, and community! Challenge your friends to Spikeball, volleyball, giant Jenga, and more, or come on your own and meet fellow Thunderwolves in a fun, welcoming environment. Drop-in outdoor yoga sessions will be offered throughout the afternoon (class times to be announced), so you can join whenever it fits your schedule. You'll also have the opportunity to connect with Lakehead Athletics staff and learn about the free fitness and recreation programs available to students. Stay for a few minutes or spend the afternoon. Everyone is welcome!
