(OR) Breakfast Bar

Need some fuel to start your day? You're invited to Breakfast Bar! Happening every Thursday from 9am - 11am, drop by to make your own breakfast, learn some low-cost and nutritious breakfast recipes and cost-saving strategies, and connect with peers. We will occasionally have special guests present to share information about timely topics. Breakfast will include toast and yogurt, both served with a variety of toppings that will rotate weekly. On occasion, we'll also have special feature items for you to try! This program is generously funded by Alumni and Friends through Lakehead's Food Security Committee.
