A little encouragement goes a long way — let us send some your way with WellU Boost — a text messaging program by Student Health and Wellness designed to support you through the stress of exams.
You'll receive daily messages from Student Health and Wellness containing affirmations, self-care tips or wellness reminders from April 4th to 17th. Sign up before Thursday, April 3 @ 11:59pm.
To text you mental health reminders, we will use a Remind application. At the end of the exam period, your contact information will be removed and you will no longer receive mental health reminders.
