 Our most important relationship is the one we have with ourselves. Celebrate Love Week with Student Health and Wellness by joining counsellor Holly Maki for a guided self-love and kindness meditation.

As Buddha said, "Unless we treat ourselves with love and compassion, we cannot reflect the same on others." This session will help you cultivate self-love and compassion, allowing you to extend the same warmth to those around you. Take a pause, reconnect with yourself, and leave feeling refreshed and empowered.
