Academic Advising, Records & Registration
Academic Advising, Records & Registration maintains all student records, the course and exam timetables, Academic Calendar, degree completion, course registration and more! We also coordinate four convocation ceremonies each year – 3 in Thunder Bay and 1 in Orillia.

Student Accessibility Services
Student Accessibility Services coordinates services and facilitates the provision of reasonable academic accommodations for students with permanent or temporary disabilities and/or medical conditions. The Accessibility Advisors are committed to working collaboratively with you, along with staff and faculty, in developing strategies to support a successful learning experience.
Student Affairs is the main resource for student conduct related matters – both academic and non-academic. In addition to adjudicating non-academic conduct matters, Student Affairs also helps to ensure you understand your responsibilities related to being a member of our community.
