Student Awards & Financial Aid
Student Awards & Financial Aid is here to provide financial aid assistance to undergraduate students. We help educate you on methods to help alleviate financial burdens, interpret government student aid programs and help you receive the funding you need to pursue your education.
Academic Advising Records & Registration
Academic Advising, Records & Registration maintains all student records, the course and exam timetables, Academic Calendar, degree completion, course registration and more! Our team also coordinates 4 Convocation ceremonies each year – 3 in Thunder Bay and 1 in Orillia.
Student Central is your one stop for everything related to all areas within Enrolment Services. In 2018, Student Central opened its doors at the Thunder Bay Campus to provide you with a holistic approach in meeting your goals and addressing your individual needs.

Student Accessibility Services
Student Accessibility Services coordinates services and facilitates the provision of reasonable academic accommodations for students with permanent or temporary disabilities and/or medical conditions. Our team of Accessibility Advisors are committed to working collaboratively with you, along with staff and faculty in developing strategies to support a successful learning experience while maintain the academic standards and integrity of the University.
Student Affairs is the main resource for student conduct related matters –both academic and non-academic. In addition to adjudicating non-academic conduct matters, Student Affairs also helps to ensure you understand your responsibilities related to being a member of our community.
