Join Figuring It Out, a guided discussion series for NoStigmaNovember aimed at breaking down barriers and normalizing taking action to support our mental health. Hosted by Student Health and Wellness, each session addresses a different mental health topic—Anxiety, ADHD, Distress Tolerance, and Depression—and includes a creative art activity. This series provides a safe space for students to share, learn from one another, and receive practical guidance from counsellors.

Session Topics:

All Sessions are from 1-2 pm in the Student Health and Wellness Activity Room

Tuesday November 5: Anxiety – Calming strategies through creative expression and create a finger labyrinth.
Tuesday November 12: ADHD – Tools for focus and self-acceptance and make a paper fortune teller. 
Tuesday November 19: Distress Tolerance Building resilience in tough times while drawing your breathe and water colour painting. 
Tuesday November 26: Depression  Exploring creative outlets for emotional support and learning about journalling. 

Help Stop the Stigma and find strength through connection, creativity, and self-discovery. Everyone is welcome—no artistic skill is needed, just an open mind! Registration is required as spaces are limited.
