Requesting Information about a Lakehead University Buildings

The Physical Plant is happy to help if you require information about a Building, Classroom/Office or Parking Lot on Campus. 

If you are a professor and have an assignment that requires your students to obtain information about a building, classroom/office or parking lot on campus please email the Physical Plant at admin.physical@lakeheadu.ca to let us know what information will be required.  This will help us respond in a more timely fashion. 

If you are a student, we require an email from your Professor informing us that this is for a course assignment. 

When making your request please provide us with the following information:

• Building
• Room #
• A list of the information about the building, classroom/office or parking lot that you require
• When you require this information by

 Please be advised that we require at least two (2) weeks’ notice prior to the required date.
