Please be advised that construction activities will be taking place around the Lakeside Patio area as corrective work is completed.

The work will involve jackhammering, debris removal, and other construction-related activities that will generate noise and dust. For your safety, please use caution when travelling through the area and follow all posted signage and directions from construction personnel.

Construction is anticipated to begin on July 6, 2026 and continue through the end of August 2026.

Work to repair the roof deck and replace the lighting in UC-2011 will begin on Monday, June 8, 2026, and is expected to continue through Monday, August 31, 2026.

The area will remain accessible as required; however, occupants may experience some noise and minor disruptions during construction activities.

Starting Monday, June 22, lead paint abatement and repainting work will commence in several areas on the first floor of the School of Nursing.

The building will remain open and accessible throughout the project. Disruptions are not expected outside of the designated work areas; however, occupants may notice contractors working in the vicinity.
