Slip and fall was reported to work order desk between RB and Library, but accident report still outstanding.  Follow-up found a slow leak from fire hydrant that requires repair in spring, causing ice.  Grounds will inspect on a regular basis to make sure sanding in the crosswalk is sufficient to reduce risk of slip.

Near Misses:

None
