Injuries/Incidents
Biology - trained student received a steam burn when unloading autoclave forgetting to put on heat resistant gloves. First aid was applied, medical attention was not required. Re-training to be conducted.

Lab Safety Officer - full time position recruitment in process. Competition has closed and interviews conducted.

Lot 5 building grad offices hear beeping. Beeping is the result of a faulty sensor on an alarm that is due to be replaced.
K.B. Office very cold, and ceiling tiles missing. T.M. to follow up with physical plant
Exhaust fan for welding not replaced and hole not covered. 11C in shop. T.M. to follow up with physical plant.
