Login to our ticketing system website using your Lakehead University username and password
Complete the web-form specifying the number of remote contacts.
The Multimedia Services Unit of the Technology Services Centre configures and manages all Audio Conferencing Services on Campus. There are a variety of configurations including Toll Free Based Conferences and Toll Based Conferences.
Toll Free Configurations
With Toll Free configurations, you will be provided with a toll free number that remote participants will dial to connect to the conference. In this case, you (the host organization) will absorb the long distance fees on behalf of your participants.
Toll Configurations
With Toll Based configurations, remote participants will dial a number to connect to the session, and those participants will absorb the fees associated with long distance.
The Multimedia Unit is open Monday to Thursday 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. on Fridays during the Fall and Winter terms. We are open 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday to Friday during the Spring and Summer terms.
