When entering your username and email address, enter your full @lakeheadu.ca email address.
In order for Outlook to connect to your Lakehead account, you will need to enable less secure application access first.
Login to myEmail in a browser on a desktop or laptop computer.
Click on the Account Icon in the top right corner
Select My Account. A new tab or page will open with your account settings, under Sign-in & security go to Connected apps & sites.
You will have to scroll down, and find the option to Allow less secure apps: and toggle the option to ON.
In Outlook, go to File, Add Account and select Manual setup or additional server types and then Next.
Select POP or IMAP and Next.
Input the information as follows:
Select More Settings and the Outgoing Server tab.
