If you would simply like to change the name that’s used on your outgoing messages, follow these steps:
1. Click Settings at the top of the myEmail page, and open the Accounts tab.
2. In the Send mail as: section, locate the email address you’d like to edit.
3. Click edit next to the address.
4. Change the Name field as desired, and click ‘Save changes.’
