Student Health and Wellness provides a range of mental health supports, health services, and wellness programs so that you can get the most out of your Lakehead Experience. To learn more about our mission, location and hours, visit our about page. Student Health and Wellness is not equipped to deal with major emergencies, such as heart attacks, strokes, broken limbs, active suicidal thoughts or any other life-threatening injuries. Should an emergency arise while on campus, call 8911. For off-campus emergencies, you can also dial 911, or if you are able, proceed directly to the nearest hospital emergency room.

Requests for all health services and counselling appointments can be made through mySuccess.

THUNDER BAY:

Please complete the intake form before scheduling your first appointment. Once the form is submitted, you will be redirected to our booking page.

Existing clients/New clients who have completed their intake:

Appointments can also be scheduled by visiting our front desk or calling 807-343-8361 during office hours.

*Same Day/Next Day counselling appointments are released every morning for that same afternoon and the following morning.
