Our best answer: How do I change/reset my password?
For the majority of Lakehead websites (including your Lakehead University issued email address), your username and password will be the same across all platforms. Users have a single username and password for most systems on campus including your email, MyInfo, myCourselink (D2L), MySucess, MyAwards, Library login system, and Active Directory (computer labs and workstations).
You can change your password on the MyInfo site by clicking the gear symbol in the top left corner and selecting 'Change Password.'
First time users: The first time you login to your email or MyInfo your password will say it is expired, please scroll down the page and it will ask you to choose a new password. The password must be strong and have at least a capital letter, a number, and should be eight characters long.
You will then be ask to enter three secret questions and answers. All answers must be at least six characters long.
If none of the above work, please call Student Central at 1(807) 343-8500 Monday to Friday from 8:30am-4pm. A Student Central Professional will simply need to ask you a few security questions to verify your identity and provide you with your login credentials.
