Our best answer: How do I order a transcript?

You can order your official transcript through your Lakehead University myInfo account:

To order your official transcript, simply click on "Order My Official Transcript" in MyInfo to start the process. Once you have filled out the necessary information, the order will cost $15 plus a delivery fee. When filling out the form for your official transcript on MyInfo, there is a space to put an applicable email address and the transcript will be emailed there as a placeholder until the official transcript arrives in the mail. 

Please note, Lakehead University does not send official transcripts via email to student's directly (including personal/student email addresses). The email address must match the physical destination of the transcript order, and can only be an external institution, organization, or agency email. However, Lakehead does send transcripts via letter mail to past/current students. 

If you would prefer to pick your transcript up at Student Central, you may select this option when placing your order to avoid being charged a delivery fee.

Transcript requests can take up to 5-7 business days to process, not including mailing time (if applicable). This may be longer during peak office times.

  • AEG - Aegrotat

  • CHL - Challenge Examination
  • CR - Credit
  • CV - Conversion
  • DEF - Deferred Examination
  • EX - Exempt
  • EXE - Exemption 
  • - Failed
  • FA - Failed Attempt
  • FNC - Fail No Credit
  • FNW - Failure No Withdrawal
  • INC - Incomplete
  • IP - In Progress
  • NMR - No Mark Recorded
  • P - Pass
  • PCR - Pass Credit
  • PLC - Credit for Previous Lakehead University Course
