 $34.83 – $42.18 per hour

Full-Time, Contract OPSEU Position

 

Competition # OPSEU-21-05

 

Primarily an 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. shift, Monday to Friday.

When required, hours of work may be modified to suit the needs of the University.

 

Working closely with other members of the ERP team, this position will be involved with administering Colleague access, reporting, liaising between the university and the vendor Ellucian, and managing tickets.   Self-motivated and able to work both independently and as part of a team, the incumbent will create and maintain ERP components and reports, and provide solutions for various departments. Utilizing effective communication and problem-solving skills, the incumbent will actively participate in team meetings and offer recommendations for continuous improvements.

 

Qualifications for this position includes a three-year degree or diploma. The preferred candidate will be knowledgeable of databases, applications, operating systems, querying languages, and programming experience. Flexible and self-motivated, the preferred candidate will be able to work on several projects at once while maintaining a strong customer service focus.
