12 Month Contract 

You are an enthusiastic, individual who is excited by the opportunity to join a team that recruits students to Lakehead University. You will be actively participating in the development, planning, and preparation of recruitment and liaison strategies. Candidates will be able to develop, evaluate, market, and manage the recruitment efforts aimed at graduate recruitment.

 

This position is key in guiding applicants through the application process and acting as a liaison with them in the aim of converting applicants to students. Full knowledge about Lakehead Graduate Studies program offerings, admission requirements, financial aid, research opportunities, and the graduate experience would be a key asset.

This position also requires you to be responsible for the creation of enrollment reports that are utilized for strategic enrollment target setting and overall management of Graduate enrollment number. This coupled with the collaborative workings with Institutional Analysis and Planning on internal and external reporting.

Candidates to this position must have completed a university degree and have at least 1 to 2 years of experience in a related leadership capacity. An outstanding communicator with demonstrated public presentation skills, you have excellent time management, analytical and organizational abilities with a strong independent work ethic. You must have a demonstrated ability to foster, develop and maintain successful working relationships with multiple audiences and the ability to manage creative large-scale events.
