Specifically, the Alumni and Annual Giving unit works alongside the Philanthropy unit under the University Advancement office at Lakehead University. University Advancement is committed to professional standards set by the Association of Fundraising Professionals, an international organization that has the vision to stimulate a world of generosity and positive social good through fundraising best practice.
