The Centre makes and cancels appointments in person or by phone only. We are open Monday to Friday to provide services to eligible students.

• 8:45a.m. - 4:15p.m. (in person at the Centre - located in the Prettie Residence building)
• 8:45a.m. - 4:15p.m. (by phone (807) 343-8361)
• Open some Saturday mornings and some Wednesday evenings; please call for dates and times.

Note: May to early Sept closed from 12:30p.m. - 1:30p.m.

Booking Appointments

When making an appointment you will need your student number. 

When presenting for your appointment you will need to bring your student card and your health card (for medical appointments) each and every time.

Specialists also practice within the Centre. For information on our specialist's practices, please inquire at the Centre.

When you call to book your appointment, our receptionist will ask you the reason for your visit. Please be as specific as possible. This information will ensure that we schedule adequate time for your appointment, which ultimately reduces the waiting time for you and other students.

Some of our services are not covered by health plans. Please ensure you make an inquiry about payment processes prior to accessing care.

The Centre maintains your health records for a minimum of 10 years. If you require a transfer of information, please speak with a Centre staff member.
