Get crafty with Student Health and Wellness by making a glitter mindfulness jar. A mindfulness jar is a great way to get into the practice of meditation, or just serve as a reminder to clear your mind. You can give your jar a shake, watch the glitter settle, and breathe. Plus, they are super pretty!
