Mindful Eating Meditation

As part of Nutrition month, join SHW counsellor Holly Maki for a guided mindful eating meditation session. 

Mindful eating focuses on in-the-moment awareness of the food and drink you put into your body. It involves observing how the food makes you feel and the signals your body sends about taste, satisfaction, and fullness.

Food will be provided and those in attendance will have the chance to win a $50 grocery gift card.
