AFCASA is hosting a mental health forum wherein we debunk stereotypes about mental health in the black community while sharing personal experiences. This conversation is meant to give students the chance to understand how to take care of themselves mentally and know the services available in the Lakehead community! Food and goodie bags will be available.
Offered in collaboration with Student Health and Wellness, OHRE and the Lakehead U Mental Health Peer Support group.
