Intro to Mindfulness- TBay

This session will include an introduction to mindfulness where Student Health and Wellness Counsellor Holly will share some “aha moments” about mindfulness. These are ideas that Holly hopes will inspire you to want to know more. Included in this intro to mindfulness session there will be an explanation of what mindfulness is and the opportunity to participate in some brief mindfulness exercises. 

Registration is required and space is limited in order to adhere to physical distancing requirements.

If you discover that mindfulness may be a helpful skill for you and wish to continue learning about and practicing mindfulness, you are welcome to participate in drop-in mindfulness practice sessions which will take place on Thursdays from 11:45am-12:15pm.
