Body Talks is a conversation series about the intersections of body image and health offered in partnership between Student Health and Wellness and the Gender Equity Centre.
For this guided discussion, Amber Saville, a graduate student in the Social Justice Studies program, Karen Degagne, Regional Coordinator of the Eating Disorder Program St. Joseph's Care Group, and Melissa Klages, an Eating Disorder Prevention Specialist, will discuss how to challenge the "ideal body image" and recognize unhealthy thoughts and behaviours.
