Read your way to better well-being! Studies have shown that reading as little as 6 minutes per day can improve your quality of sleep, reduce stress, and sharpen mental acuity. Reading strengthens the neural circuits and pathways of our brain while lowering heart rate and blood pressure.

Student Health and Wellness is holding a book swap so that you can scoop up some new reads without breaking out your wallet.

Book Swap Guide:

2. Exchange your books for a swap tickets

3. Browse and choose the books you want from the swap hall. You are allowed to bring home the same number of books you brought in.

4. Leftover books will be accepted as donations to Student Health and Wellness' lending library!
