Confirm you are officially a Lakehead University Graduate!
In order to officially graduate from Lakehead University, you must be approved by the Lakehead University Senate. The Lakehead University Senate is responsible for the educational policy of the University, such as conferring degrees. The Senate has approximately one hundred voting members, with the majority being faculty members, deans, and students.
The Senate graduates students twice a year - in the Fall (October) and Spring (May). In order to be considered for graduation, you must submit an Intent to Graduate once it opens and by the stated deadline dates.
The next upcoming Senate dates for graduation are:
- Monday October 30, 2017 (Fall Graduates)
- Monday May 14, 2018 (Spring Graduates)
Once Senate meets, the approved list will be added here.
