UPDATE: Due to concerns about COVID-19 and the goal of increasing social distance, Enrolment Services is currently closed to staff, students and visitors. Most services will continue remotely, however, we are temporarily suspending Parchment Pick-Up. We will reevaluate this option in the upcoming weeks.
Don't forget to pick up your parchment!
Whether you have ordered a replacement parchment or picking up your parchment for the first time after graduation, the following will be required when you come to pick up your parchment:
- Present valid photo ID, such as a Lakehead University student card, or government issued identification.
- If you authorize a third party to pick up your parchment, they must have your written permission and provide their own photo identification.
Where to pick up your parchment:
- Thunder Bay Campus: Parchments may be picked up at Student Central, University Centre 1002 (across from Switchboard)
- Orillia Campus: Parchments may be picked up at Student Central, Simcoe Hall. Note: only those parchments which have been pre-ordered to Orillia may be picked up at the Orillia campus.
Note: At the time of your graduation, if you did not submit an RSVP, your parchment will be held at Enrolment Services in Thunder Bay for one year following the date of Convocation. Any requests for parchments after the one year mark will have fees apply.
